Most leadership teams and business owners don't have a strategy problem. They have unresolved decisions sitting on the table. Everyone understands what needs to be done. What's missing is the execution and the confidence to own the call and follow through.
I learned how decisions work under pressure the hard way. Elite commando military service. Survived three near-death experiences. And one call I couldn't take back: choosing to amputate my own leg.
That experience sent me into the research. Almost 20 years studying human behaviour, neuroscience and how people actually decide in real life, not in theory. Then I tested it where it counts, working directly with hundreds of executives and business owners. What came out of it is a practical, field-tested model built on four protocols: Story, State, Decision and Ownership. And it keeps showing the same thing. Most of the time, the problem isn’t missing information. It’s the gap between deciding and doing.
I’ve taught it in real estate, tech, health, manufacturing, hospitality, government and military settings. For the last seven years I’ve been testing and refining it with owners and leadership teams. Today I bring it to rooms across North America through keynotes, workshops and executive coaching.
