Is this you?
There's a call you've been carrying for months. You've run it in your head more times than you can count. It's still not made.
And the big calls still land on you. The risk. The fear of getting it wrong. The weight of being the one who has to decide.
And somewhere along the way, the way you lead stopped working as well as it used to. You're not sure if it's them or you.
It's rarely your people. Not effort either. It's how decisions get made, handed off and owned. And how you show up when the pressure is on.
How coaching works
Coaching runs in 90-day cycles. At the start, we agree what success looks like and how we'll measure it. We review it at the midpoint and at the end of every cycle.
Your leadership operating system, built around your role. A 90-day plan. An accountability framework, and the first habits that make it stick.
Everything in three months, plus a leadership assessment with a personal debrief, an accountability framework for your direct reports, two quarterly reviews, and a leadership playbook you own at the end.
Everything in six months, carried through the whole year. Deep yearly planning, and support on execution all the way through it. And access when it's urgent, not just when it's scheduled.
State: the physical side
How founders and senior leaders drop 20–25 lbs and get their energy back in 90 days.
No gym membership. No calorie counting.
State is the capacity you bring to a decision. Physical, mental and emotional. Coaching works the mental and emotional side. But when you're exhausted, carrying weight you didn't used to carry and running on coffee, every call costs more.
The 90-Day Performance Reset rebuilds the physical side, and the whole program is built around you. It starts with your own 36-value blood test, not a generic plan. From there, every part is personalized: a nutrition protocol calibrated to your biochemistry, an exercise protocol built to work with it, and a plan for your sleep, your stress load and your recovery. Weekly one-on-one coaching adjusts it as your data changes.
Add it to your coaching, or take it on its own.

What we work on
How you lead. How you handle the pressure. How the team takes ownership so it stops coming back to you. And the decisions you've been carrying.
The backbone: The Resilience Edge Operating System
Own the narrative running your decision.
Optimize the capacity you bring to the decision.
Name the bias. Run the audit. Make the call.
Put a name on it. Make the decision stick.
What owners say
Before working with Erez, critical decisions were taking 4–6 weeks — sometimes longer. … I cut board approval cycles to 48 hours and secured funding approvals when we needed it most.
A joint venture had stalled for 11 weeks. It moved forward after a single session.
The coaching I have received to date has been nothing less than life-changing and even life-saving. Erez has introduced me to a new point of view on my health and is instilling new lifestyle habits that are transforming my health on all fronts, not just my heart.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on implementation. Individual outcomes vary.
Why Erez
I've spent 23 years making decisions under pressure. As an Air Force commando, through three near-death experiences, and in business.
For the last seven I've worked one-on-one with owners on the decisions they keep putting off.
I take on six to eight owners at a time, because this only works when your decisions get my full attention, week after week. So if the timing isn't right, I'll tell you.

Most coaching adds another tool. This works on what happens underneath when the pressure goes up: the story you're telling yourself, the state you're in, how the call gets made and who owns it after.
Three months minimum, in 90-day cycles. Six and twelve months build the change into your team.
One 60-minute session a week, plus the work in between. And WhatsApp when something can't wait.
Yes. I'll sign any confidentiality agreement you need.
Yes. I'll write a proposal your leadership can review: what the coaching delivers, how progress is measured, and what both sides commit to.
No. It's a separate program on energy, health and performance. Take it on its own, or alongside coaching.
One fee for the engagement, set after the Decision Reset, once we both know what the work is.

Most executives I meet are doing well by every external measure.
Revenue is moving. The team is intact. The business is growing.
And they're still stuck.
Not stuck in the way that shows up on a dashboard. Stuck in the way that shows up at 2am. Or in the meeting you walked out of feeling like you were the only person in the room who actually understood what was at stake.
The challenge at your level isn't information. You have plenty of that. It's not effort. You've proven that.
The real problem, the one almost no one names, is this:
The higher you climb, the fewer people around you can actually help you think and challenge you.
Your team needs you to have the answers. Your board needs you to perform. Your peers are competitors.
Who in your world has zero agenda, and can genuinely challenge how you operate?
My name is Erez Avramov.
Before I became an executive coach, I served as an elite Special Forces commando, trained to make high-stakes decisions fast, under pressure, with incomplete information.
After the military, I built and consulted for multiple seven- and eight-figure businesses across tech, real estate, manufacturing and health. I know what it costs when a decision takes too long. I know what a wrong hire does to a team. I know what it looks like when the person at the top is running on empty and no one around them can see it.
I've also survived three near-death experiences: a collision with a fully loaded semi-truck that left me broken into a million pieces, an elective amputation, and a heart attack.
I'm not telling you this for sympathy.
I'm telling you this because every one of those moments forced me to understand pressure, fear and human performance at a level most people never access. Everything I bring to my clients comes from that.
I'm a TEDx speaker. I've been covered by CBC, The Guardian and Global News. But that's not why people work with me.
They work with me because I've been in the fire. And I know the difference between what sounds good in a boardroom and what actually works when everything's on the line.
I work with founders and senior executives on both sides of leadership: the strategy, the decisions, the business problems, and the inner game that either accelerates all of that or quietly sabotages it.
Because in my experience, those two things are never separate. What's happening inside the leader is always showing up in the business.
Always.
My clients cut decision time from days to hours. They finally make the business pivot that changes the game, or the hire or the firing they've been avoiding. They address the real issues that have been quietly draining them and their team for months.
The framework I use is called the Resilience Edge™ Operating System. It's not about resilience in the bumper-sticker sense. It's about removing the friction between who you are and how you lead. So you move faster, decide clearer, and stop losing ground to hesitation.
Some clients double their revenue. Some transform their mental and physical health. Some saved their marriage. Some just stop losing sleep.
All of them say the same thing after: they wish they'd started sooner.
This is for you if you're at a stage where what got you here isn't quite enough for where you're going.
If you're performing at a high level publicly, and quietly carrying more than anyone around you knows.
If you sense your next level requires something different, and you're just not sure what that looks like yet.
That's exactly where I come in.
If any of this is landing, send me a message and we'll connect.
No form. No funnel. No sales call disguised as a discovery call.
I take on a small number of clients at a time, so I'm selective. I'd rather have an honest 20 minutes with you than put you in something that isn't right.
Let's talk.
